  • Arc emphasizes handcrafted luxury with impeccable attention to detail. Due to our commitment to excellence, we exclusively offer a limited run of only two build allocations per month.

  • ‘myArc’ is your personal online portal, keeping you seamlessly connected throughout the entire build journey. It includes:

    • A space for pinning inspiration photos of furniture, decor, outdoor settings and more

    • Messaging with your Arc team

    • Weekly build progress updates, including photos and videos

    • A helpful checklist to help you prepare for every part of the Arc journey

    • Sharing capability with finance brokers, family, or local tradespeople, acting as a single source of truth throughout the entire project.

    We also understand the importance of direct communication and offer unlimited phone and email support once your allocation is reserved.

  • Each Arc is completed within 12 weeks from the construction commencement date.

  • Certainly. While physical show homes are currently unavailable, we provide an immersive virtual walkthrough of our previous show home here.

  • Yes. Every Arc comes with a 10-year structural warranty and comprehensive manufacturer warranties on all appliances.

  • Choosing Arc means engaging a highly experienced team of in-house experts, specialised in council compliance across Australia and New Zealand.

    Your personal ‘Consent Concierge’ oversees every aspect—from initial architectural drawings and resource consents to building  consents and final installation. The process begins with your complimentary 30 minute discovery call, where we provide immediate insights into planning, zoning, site access, and required council processes. 

  • Every Arc is meticulously crafted to exceed the strictest building codes in Australia and New Zealand, and leaves our factory with legal certification. If additional site-specific consents are necessary, our team can manage those as well.

  • The Arc is designed and built for grid-connected living. However, we have worked with customers in the past who have required an ‘Off-Grid’ setup, we’ve even made a helpful video about Arc off-Grid setups which you can view here.

    We’re happy to discuss your off-grid requirements during your complementary 30 minute discovery call.

  • Absolutely. Each Arc surpasses rigorous climate-rating standards in Australia and New Zealand, ensuring optimal comfort year-round.

  • Yes. We provide nationwide delivery across New Zealand and Australia, with insured transport included in your package. Delivery costs are clearly outlined upfront.

    The only delivery limitation is site accessibility for our logistics vehicles, which we'll gladly assess during your complimentary 30-minute discovery call.

  • As part of our full-service commitment, Arc can manage all site works and service connections as part of our package to ensure a seamless installation. However, if you prefer to handle these preparations independently, we can accommodate your choice.

  • Yes. Typically, financing an Arc is simplest via equity in your existing mortgage. Arc partners with Loan Market Remuera (NZ) and RB Finance (Australia).

    If you don't have an existing mortgage, we recommend Ufinance (NZ) or Tinyhousefinance (Australia). 

  • Unfortunately, Arc homes don’t qualify for Super or Kiwisaver withdrawals, as these typically require a traditional land title. Alternative finance solutions are available through our finance partners. Discuss your options here.

  • Absolutely. Enjoy weekly visual updates through your personal myArc portal, including photos and videos directly from our builders.

  • Our expert team has thoughtfully designed every Arc with elegance and functionality at its core, while also providing personalised options including colours, tiles, fixtures, fittings, daybed configuration, appliances, and more.
