What's the difference between On Wheels and Modular? 

ARC MODULAR

  • Built on timber floor trusses with no wheels 

  • Usually for those wanting to place their Tiny House as a legal dwelling (go down the council approval route - in most cases we can obtain a CDC for you, meaning you get to meet legal  requirements and still avoid council headaches)

  • Easier to finance with most major banks 

  • Brought into site on flat bed truck and craned into place 

ARC ON WHEELS

  • Built on a steel trailer with wheels

  • Usually for those wanting to place their Tiny House on their land in accordance with Caravan legislation 

  • Harder to finance and will likely need to a 7 year 'Caravan' loan with banks 

  • Towed onto site and into place, we can then help level + prop up the base so that all the weight of the home isn't just resting on wheel axels.  

Available in colorbond standing seam metal or versatile and stunning modular timber.
